Quality Policy

B&B Elettronica S.r.l. has been designing, producing and installing electronic audio/video and multimedia devices for buses and coaches for over 40 years.
B&B Elettronica S.r.l. is responsibly and concretely committed towards all interested parties to offer a complete and flexible service, meeting the needs of increasingly innovative products and embracing new quality standards in order to satisfy the needs of customers and the market through:

  • products that fully meet the demands and expectations of direct and indirect customers and end users;
  • high level of expertise and experience of staff;
  • compliance with current regulations;
  • analysis of the reference context, identifying and mitigating risks related to company activities.

The interested parties are identified by a systematic monitoring of the reference context B&B Elettronica S.r.l. and are as follows:

  • customers;
  • users;
  • employees;
  • banks;
  • government bodies/bodies;
  • the related outsourced suppliers and resources.

B&B Elettronica S.r.l., therefore, undertakes to take an active role in the promotion and guidance of all activities that have a positive influence on the impact that it can generate on the competitive environment that surrounds it, through the dissemination at all levels of the improvement objectives.
The objectives are consistent with the analysis of the context carried out by the company to identify the interested parties, the needs and expectations connected to them and the risks that insist on B&B Elettronica S.r.l. (threats to be addressed and opportunities to be seized).
The following objectives and commitments are set annually and disseminated to the responsible personnel, through the prospectus “Objectives and Process Indicators” disseminated through the management review, specifically:

  1. the full satisfaction of its customers and, in general, of all interested parties;
  2. ensuring the availability of resources;
  3. the continuous improvement of processes and products;
  4. the full satisfaction and continuous growth of all people;
  5. improving the efficiency of the organisation;
  6. compliance with the compliance obligations relating to the commitments undertaken with the parties concerned, the mandatory requirements of the sector in which it operates and the principles of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Management is committed to achieving these objectives by ensuring that every human resource is aware of and tends to pursue them.
The general objectives are expressed in specific and measurable objectives through a structural framework attached to the “Management Review” (the table “Quality Objectives – Indicators). This framework makes it possible to define and review quality objectives.
Specific and measurable objectives, in turn, are expressed as the improvement of process indicators defined in the “Objectives and Indicators” register.
Other indicators may be defined from time to time during the course of the Management’s review. The Management redefines and assigns the objectives in the Quality System Review. On this occasion, he disseminates them to the entire organization.
The Quality Policy (examined, confirmed or updated as part of the Management Review) is implemented on a daily basis by all personnel and under the constant attention and supervision of the Management.
